Three Highlights INSIDE Bali you shouldn’t miss
While driving to our snorkel island Menjangan, we visited some highlights of Balis countryside.
1. Git Git Waterfall
When you are traveling in asia, you have to see a waterfall! Already on Langkawi we took the chance to swim inside a waterfalls basin and it was great.
You have to walk ten minutes from the street down to the waterfall and you really don’t need a guide for this! We were there during dry season and the pool wasn’t that big, but actually big enough for taking a short bath.
2. Brhama Vihara Temple
There are thousands of hindu temples in Bali but only one buddhistic temple.
The Brhama Vihara temple is located in the north of Bali and has plenty active believers. Many people (mostly western) are hanging around for meditation.
3. Rice Paddies
Bali is famous for its stunning rice paddies and you can’t miss them by driving through the countryside. I already showed you some impressions of the Jatiluwih rice paddies. But these here aren’t too bad as well, right :)?
As you can see, it’s absolutely worth it to leave the comfort zone named beach and make a trip through Bali.
